The Rose Bowl Institute hosted its second annual Women’s Empowerment Symposium on September 16th, 17th & 18th on the Institute’s virtual platform. The free Symposium provided more than 1,100 pre-registered high school and college students exposure to top female industry leaders from finance, politics, sports, entertainment, and technology on societal and cultural topics, health, and other themes of vital interest to youth.

To instill leadership, ethics, confidence, and character-based skills in the mindsets of young females by providing inspirational and empowering programming. The Symposium will provide insight and working knowledge of societal and cultural topics, health, and more presented by female experts, business leaders, and former college and professional athletes. Utilizing topical forums, panels, a business lunch, and several networking opportunities, the Symposium aims to influence the mindset of participating youth to pursue higher education and professional careers. The Symposium will provide real-world application to post-secondary education and professional career opportunities. It will motivate young women to break barriers while setting and achieving their goals.
