We went virtual this year, so we’re able to bring in great speakers showcasing female leadership, confidence, character, and more.
The Women’s Empowerment Symposium is an annual program for high school juniors, seniors and college students. Participants learn from female business leaders, athletes, and local and national education leaders within the inspirational setting of the Rose Bowl Stadium.
While females are our main target demographic, it’s also important for men to join this movement. We need to empower each other.
Young female and male leaders of the future benefit from the Rose Bowl Institute’s approach to learning from sports values and experiences.
In an effort to propel equal opportunity for women in the academic and corporate industries the Rose Bowl institute is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity to young ambitious female leaders. At the conclusion of the three-day symposium, participants became eligible to apply for one $2,500 scholarships generously gifted to the Rose Bowl Institute.
