2024 Women's Empowerment Symposium
October 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2024 @ 2:30 PM PST
In the fall of 2024, we proudly hosted our 6th annual Women's Empowerment Symposium virtually over three inspiring days, continuing our commitment to highlight exceptional women in leadership, confidence, and character.
This year’s event featured an impressive lineup, including three-time Olympic artistic swimmer and silver medalist Anita Alvarez; actress and activist Azita Ghanizada, founder and president of the MENA Arts Advocacy Coalition; and basketball legend, Olympic gold medalist, and women's sports champion Cheryl Miller, among others. Participants enjoyed engaging discussions and networking opportunities through our interactive digital platform.
While we focus on empowering women, we recognize the importance of including men in this vital movement. By working together, we can uplift each other and create lasting change. The Rose Bowl Institute’s emphasis on learning from sports values and experiences is designed to benefit the next generation of leaders, regardless of gender.
